Questions about pricing
What does the 30 day trial include?
Every feature on every plan, for your real office. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or the account pauses. Nothing is charged automatically.
Who counts as an employee?
Anyone with an active Exygatech login in the billing month. Visitors, couriers and contractors checked in at the kiosk are free.
How do co-working operators pay?
The same plans apply per active member. Tenants can be billed for desks, rooms and parking through usage reports.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
How can we pay?
By card on monthly plans. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice.
