QR and walk-in check-in
Pre-registered visitors scan and go. Walk-ins fill a short form, and their host approves from a phone.
Badge printing
Thermal badges print with name, host, floor and validity. Badges expire visually at the end of the day.
Delivery handling
Reception photographs a parcel, picks the employee and the system tells them where to collect it. Pickups are signed for on the kiosk.
Multi-language screens
Visitors choose English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu on the welcome screen.
Branded for each office
Your logo, colours and welcome message. Co-working operators can brand each tenant's arrival screen.
Kiosk lockdown
The tablet runs in a locked mode. Visitor data is not stored on the device after a check-in completes.

Can we use our own tablet?
Yes. Any recent iPad or Android tablet works. We also sell a floor stand bundle with a printer.
What if the Wi-Fi drops?
The kiosk keeps checking visitors in and syncs the records once the connection returns.
Does it work with our access-control system?
On the Whole Tower plan, a check-in can trigger a temporary gate credential through our access-control API.
