Yes, on the Whole Tower plan. A visitor check-in or desk booking can issue a temporary credential through our access-control API, and we work with your access vendor during setup.
Does it integrate with Google and Microsoft calendars?
Yes. Room Finder syncs both ways with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, so bookings made in Outlook or Google Calendar show on door panels and the other way round.
Do visitors need an app?
No. A QR code on WhatsApp or email is enough. They scan it at the kiosk and their badge prints.
Does it track employees?
No. Exygatech records bookings and check-ins only. It does not follow people around the building, and AI forecasts are made for teams and floors, not individuals.
Can co-working spaces use it?
Yes. Operators can run several tenants in one building, brand the kiosk per tenant, and bill members for desks, rooms and parking by usage.
How long does setup take?
A single office with floor plans ready is usually live within a week. Visitor Pass and Room Finder can run on the first day; desk maps and parking follow once layouts are uploaded.
